I’m Daisy, a solo world traveller from London.

I recently jumped blindly off the conveyer belt of life into solo travel. Using photos and woven words, I aim to authentically share all the wonder, anxiety, laughter and isolation that go hand-in-hand with world travel.

Encouraged by my travels, I decided that after years critiquing and facilitating others’ writing it was time to embrace my own creativity. I am expressing myself as I always have, through words and art. The difference is now I am doing it publicly—an endeavour both terrifying and empowering!

On this site I share snapshots that represent my travels: the good, the bad, and everything in between. I recount the stories that accompany photos from around the world, saving money on postage as they become virtual postcards.
